What to include
Describe the problem, the template name, the approximate time and any error message. Do not email passwords, private document links or your complete résumé unless needed to resolve the issue. Support correspondence is separate from the automatic 24-hour document expiry.
Downloads and revisions
Wait until export status is ready before downloading. Expired documents cannot be restored through the plugin. A successful revision replaces the previous document, so download any version you want to keep. If export fails, the previous successful draft remains available until its original expiry.
